NEWPORT, RI - OCTOBER 03: J/22 World Championship. This is the 30th Anniversary J/22 World Championship regatta held in October 1-5 2013 in Newport, Rhode Island, hosted by Sail Newport with 71 entries sailing. Race day 3 sailed inside the harbour with a very light shifting breeze. The fleet had to be towed out and then toad back to Sail Newport under postponement.
