San Diego, California, September 3, 2013. Racethreestarted today with 66 competitors from 10 countries participating in the Qualcomm Star World Championship from September 1st - 7th. The racing sailed off shore, south of Pt. Loma and is hosted by the San Diego Yacht Club.
